Kate Parsons

Kate Parsons moved to Victor, Idaho in 2001 after spending 4 years in Queensland, Australia. She attended and graduated from Teton High School in 2005, and met her husband Lucas, a Teton Valley native, shortly thereafter. After nearly a decade spent managing elderly care facilities and working in the medical industry, Kate transitioned into a career in real estate.

Kate’s experience in the healthcare field taught her the importance of clear communication and providing a unique and sincere customer experience. While managing multiple residential healthcare facilities, she developed a strong awareness of the needs, conveniences, and comforts that we seek when we think home. She spent two years working as Transaction Coordinator and Office Manager for Silver Peaks Realty in Driggs, before becoming a licensed real estate agent with Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty.

During her time as a Transaction Coordinator, Kate learned the importance of organization, attention to detail and efficient and effective communication. Her administrative background serves clients well by allowing her to optimize data and transaction management tools to ensure that every detail is addressed. By maintaining steady contact and carefully listening to client preferences, Kate always goes above and beyond.

Kate enjoys free time in the great outdoors, camping, hiking, biking and spending time in and on the water with her husband, two children and dogs. She is a passionate home cook and enjoys experimenting with new recipes and ingredients from around the world.
